Mean Girls

It was an absolute honor to work on such an iconic film with an even more iconic cast & crew. Being a part of the Choreography team for this #1 Box Office Musical/Film, alongside Choreographer, Kyle Hanagami, and Associate Choreographer, Haley Fitzgerald, was an absolute dream come true. Learned so much, grew so much and we helped make "fetch" happen. We helped coordinate a lot during pre production, dance rehearsals, cast & crew rehearsals and everything throughout filming/production itself. One of our biggest priorities was to always ensure that all departments involved in every scene were aware of our role in it and how the dance aspects would affect, interfere, shift, change and impact every other department. It truly takes a village...and then some...and efficient communication was vital. Also, we had to consistently be 3 steps ahead of the rehearsal & shooting schedules to ensure necessary materials & people were prepared and, of course, be actively present in the current rehearsal/shoot to aid in making sure everything runs smoothly and quickly, and the inevitable problems that arose. An unforgettable and very challenging experience, now proving that we can do anything and elevate any project we're a part of.
